Submitting a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include the following information:

  1. Your contact details
    Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work
    Identify the material that you own. A list may be included if multiple works are affected.
  3. Location of infringing content
    The exact URL(s) on fullnelsontube where the infringing content is found.
  4. Good faith statement
    A declaration that you believe the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement
    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright holder or authorized representative.
  6. Signature
    Provide either a physical or electronic signature. A typed full name qualifies as an electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was taken down by mistake, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your complete contact information.
  2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared on fullnelsontube before removal.
  3. A sworn statement that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where fullnelsontube operates) and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a proper counter-notice, the material may be reinstated within 10 business days unless we are informed that the complainant has filed legal action.


Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly post infringing material may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. Infringing content may also be removed without notice at our discretion.

False Claims

Knowingly submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. If you are uncertain of your rights, please consult with a lawyer before submitting a claim.
